About the Role
This is a pivotal position within our evolving internal creative agency, driving the voice and visual identity of our diverse portfolio of challenger brands.
* Create impactful digital marketing assets that resonate deeply with customers across digital channels and directly contribute to commercial outcomes.
* Develop visually compelling digital display ads, impactful out-of-home digital content, and other essential digital marketing collateral that turns heads and ensures impeccable brand consistency.
* A/B test and iterate creative variations, leveraging performance data and insights to inform design decisions and continuously optimise visuals for superior results.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Design high-performance digital marketing assets specifically optimised for key platforms.
* Develop impactful digital marketing materials, including social media experiences, display ads, and web assets.
* Leverage performance data and insights to inform design decisions and continuously optimise visuals for superior results.
Requirements
* Digital fluency and inherent performance orientation, with a passion for creating impactful marketing visuals and analytical knack for optimising for tangible results.
* Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Digital Designer, Marketing Designer, or Social Media Designer, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing performance-driven digital marketing creative.
* Hands-on experience in designing creative specifically for paid media campaigns across key platforms.
