As an Educational Leader, you will:
1. Develop and implement transformative educational strategies to enhance child development and learning outcomes.
2. Collaborate with educators to observe, review and improve educational programs offered to children.
3. Deepen the team's understanding of early years content and guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive excellence in educational practice.
2. Work closely with centre leadership teams to drive change and achieve strategic goals.
3. Support the professional growth and development of educators through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
1. A relevant bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
2. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
3. Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
