About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Trainee Landscaper to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and building a hands-on trade career. No previous landscaping experience is required—just a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
You'll work alongside experienced landscapers and gain exposure to all aspects of landscaping, from garden maintenance through to hardscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day landscaping projects such as site preparation, soil composition, planting, irrigation (reticulation) and garden lighting installations
* Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment, with full training provided
* Maintain tidy, organised and safe work sites at all times
* Follow instructions and adhere to workplace health and safety standards
* Represent the business professionally and courteously when working on client sites
About You
* Keen interest in landscaping or outdoor work
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
