About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our successful and tight-knit team in Spearwood. This role will involve working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with Steelforce.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience and make a meaningful contribution to our business.
Responsibilities:
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
* Preparing reports and reviewing KPIs
* Maximising sales opportunities and working closely with our Account Managers
* General administration duties
About Your Experience:
You are a team player with an exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail, and you thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to provide customer solutions and exemplary service.
* Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
* Microsoft Office and SAP system experience highly regarded
