Specialised Reline Services (SRS) is looking for a Business Services Administrator to undertake and coordinate administrative tasks across multiple disciplines throughout our business.

About the Role:

As the Business Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational and workforce functions of Specialised Reline Services. You will undertake and coordinate administration across HR, Training, Recruitment, Mobilisation, Accounts and General office Admin.

The role is a residential role based in Geraldton, offering a great work-life balance and a family friendly coastal lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

* HR & Recruitment

Undertake recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee contracts and records, support performance reviews and disciplinary procedures, and ensure compliance with Fair Work and company policies. You'll also manage training bookings and competency tracking.
* Mobilisation Support & Oversight

Provide guidance to the Mobilisation Administrator, ensuring workforce mobilisation is compliant, timely, and aligned with project needs. You'll assist with travel coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement of mobilisation processes.

* Finance & Accounts Administration

Manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare and issue client invoices, conduct credit checks, and follow up on outstanding payments. You'll also support purchase order processing, petty cash, and financial record keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.

* Office Administration

Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, uniform distribution, internal communications, and documentation systems. You'll help maintain a well-organised and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Mandatory

* National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Reside in Geraldton or be willing to relocate.
* Proven experience in both accounts and HR administration
* Ability to efficiently identify, prioritise and execute multiple critical tasks concurrently.
* Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record keeping
* Proven time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive problem-solving with the ability to manage issues under pressure
* High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Willingness to learn and use systems such as Accounting software, HRIS, scheduling platforms, and Adobe Pro (Webforms, E-Sign)

Desirable

* Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
* Experience in shutdowns, mining, or industrial services
* Familiarity with compliance systems and digital induction platforms
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support reporting
* Valid C-Class Driver's Licence
