Technician Career Development
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Technician.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in technical service and repair, with a focus on safety, high-quality workmanship, and delivering excellent customer service.
* You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly, and completing service logbooks.
* You will also be required to participate in road tests under supervision, attend training sessions, and complete theoretical and practical assessments through the training body.
* Your key responsibilities will include assisting with customer pick-up and drop-off, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to high customer satisfaction.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential. You must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards meeting the requirements of the role.
About You:
* You should have previous experience working in a team environment, and holding a full driver's licence with a sound driving record is highly desirable.
* A manual licence and minimum school certificate are also highly desirable.
* You must demonstrate core competencies including accountability, good numeracy, and effective communication skills.
