Sodens Hotel is seeking an experienced and reliable Duty Manager to join our team. Both full time and part time will be considered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and will report to the Venue Manager and Licensee.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel
* Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
* Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
* Handle gaming machines, TAB and Keno operations
* Maintain high standards of presentation
* Handle the various challenges and scenarios that might arise in a pub environment
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong work ethic and excellent people management skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* NSW RSA and RCG certifications
* Must be able to work a rotating roster including days, nights and weekends
