Positions Available
We're hiring across Bairnsdale, Omeo, and Buchan for:
* Roller & Watercart Drivers
* Flocon Operators
* Excavator Operators
* Backhoe Operators
(Some roles require an HR licence)
Contract Details
* Full-time, fixed term until September 2027

We're Looking For Crew Who Are:
* Reliable and ready to roll
* Physically fit and safety-focused
* Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
* Experienced and licenced
All successful candidates will be required to provide the following onboarding:
* Pre-employment medical check
* Drug & alcohol test
* Police check (less than 12 months old)
* VicRoads Full Driving History Report
* Completed online inductions
