Position Title: Commis Chef
Location: Robina campus, Bond University, Gold Coast.
About the Position
Bond University Food and Beverage team seeks an experienced, motivated, customer-focused Commis Chef to prepare food following set guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, and delivering exceptional product and service.
Responsibilities
* Prepare food according to recipes and standards.
* Follow food and beverage procedures to meet State and Federal OH&S; and health and hygiene standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Support the team in a busy, quick‐paced environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Appropriate level of culinary training.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team.

* Hourly rate: $* (includes 25% casual loading), plus 12% superannuation and applicable penalty rates.

Working Hours
Casual appointment – minimum 30 hours per week, adaptable shifts between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
