Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for variety in your day and the opportunity to oversee high-end hotel refurbishments and commercial fit-outs? We're looking for a proactive and organised Site Manager to join our team and take the lead on hospitality construction projects across the Gold Coast.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of hotel construction and refurbishment works. From subcontractor management to materials ordering, your strong leadership will ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage commercial hotel construction and fit-out projects on-site
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site trades
Ensure daily sign-ins/outs and site inductions are completed
Manage site safety, quality, and compliance to WHS regulations
Order materials and maintain stock levels on-site
Monitor progress against project timelines and report to project managers
Resolve site issues and keep communication flowing between office and site
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
Strong background in hotel or hospitality projects preferred
Excellent organisation, communication, and people management skills
Ability to drive productivity and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
Competent with digital site reporting and documentation tools
White Card and relevant site management certifications essential
