In this role you will serve as a trusted adviser and partner to employees and managers, supporting a wide range of human resources functions.
This role combines HR advisory expertise with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to foster a positive and productive work setting.
The HR Generalist will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure HR practices align with business goals, legal requirements and company values.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & HR AdvisoryProvide practive Provided proactive HR and employee relations support, advising on policy, performance, conflict resolution, and employment law to enhance engagement and compliance.Policy & ComplianceManaged HR policies, contracts, and compliance to ensure alignment with legislation and company standards.Benefits ManagementAnalyse and optimise benefits programs in partnership with brokers, guiding implementation of pensions, health, insurance, and wellbeing initiatives while aligning strategy with stakeholders to mitigate risk.Projects & InitiativesCollaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance workplace culture and support international HR initiatives.About YouBachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business.Up to 7 years operational HR experience, perferably in a manufacturing environment.Solid knowledge of ANZ labour law and legislation.
