We are seeking a Departmental Administration Officer who will be working for a local government department based in Moranbah, Queensland. The successful applicant will work closely with the Planning and Environment team. Responsibilities/requirements include but not limited to: Deliver high-level administrative, financial, procurement and governance support to the Department. Coordinate projects, development assessment processes, reporting and committee documentation. Supervise and mentor administration staff while driving process improvement initiatives. Provide strong stakeholder engagement and high-level customer service to internal and external clients. Demonstrated senior administration experience, strong systems skills, organisational ability.
