Job Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to fill the role of Junior HSE Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and committed professional looking to take their career to the next level.

* Support the implementation of site safety plans
* Assist in identifying skills gaps and provide training or recruitment to enhance the workforce's safety capabilities


Key Responsibilities:

* Assess subcontractor systems of work and monitor performance
* Collaborate with subcontractors to improve safety outcomes
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses and safety audits
* Assist in the development of safety reports


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Safety and Environmental Regulations
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Assessment of Subcontractor Systems of Work
* Implementation of Safety Plans
* Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills

A minimum of 2 years of HSE administration/coordinator experience working for a Tier 1 head contractor is required. Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations within the civil construction industry is essential. Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field will be highly regarded.
