SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
– NSW Government – Day Rate: Up to $1,145 – ASAP - 30th June – Hybrid: Sydney & WFH – SAP SuccessFactors
Responsibilities
Lead the entire project lifecycle for an SAP SuccessFactors implementation, managing all functional activities from initial discovery and design to configuration and go-live.
This role focuses on the recruitment, onboarding, and payroll modules for a key NSW government client.
Provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially recruitment and onboarding.
Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance HR business processes using SuccessFactors functionality.
Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and managing system updates.
Build and maintain solid relationships with an array of stakeholders including external SI partners.
Desirable experience
Participating in the full project life cycle for multiple SuccessFactors projects.
Public sector experience would be advantageous but not essential.
