Required Qualifications:

* A Bachelor's degree required.

* Minimum 7 years' experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

* Paralegal or Contracts Specialist experience.

* Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills.

* Competence in corporate compliance functions.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
