Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with clients and business partners by providing excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Understand and address clients' financial needs and objectives, developing tailored solutions that improve their financial wellbeing.
* Generate new business opportunities by providing retail solutions to clients, maximising cross sales while implementing risk management practices.
* Work closely with Relationship Managers and their clients to assist with home buying needs and identify retail opportunities.
* Help clients become comfortable with technology like the Commbank app, making their banking experience simple and easy.
* Create accurate and professional customer applications, sending them through to the credit department, ordering valuations and assigning security within normal lending margins.
* Extract information from company and trust financials, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and tax returns, to structure complex commercial applications.
