About The Role Our mission is to reimagine the way that restaurants serve their customers. We work with a small portfolio of our largest and most strategic restaurant partners to help them grow and succeed in delivery. In this senior commercial role, you will lead a cross-functional team of indirect reports responsible for helping our customers grow across the full suite of Uber Delivery solutions (e.g., Uber Eats, Uber Advertising, Uber Direct).
Your Impact In Role Customer Understanding: Demonstrate a profound understanding of our customers' needs, behaviours, and preferences. Use this insight to inform strategic decision-making and enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and leverage opportunities to improve core business metrics for both partners and UberEats, including revenue growth, market expansion, product adoption, and operational efficiency. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers within partner organisations. Forge connections that drive collaborative success. Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate within a complex stakeholder environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to expand and strengthen your area of business. Develop a network of influence across various operational teams to ensure seamless execution. The Experience You'll Bring A proven track record of senior account management or leadership roles, ideally within the technology, marketplace, consumer goods, or related industries. People leadership experience; a passion for coaching and developing talent to achieve the team's commercial objectives. Commercial competence with complex contract negotiation experience and demonstrated success in driving business growth and improving core metrics.
