Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Event Officer to join our Event Delivery team. As a Senior Event Officer, you will be part of the team contributing to key tasks required to turn creative concepts into well-executed realities. From site mapping to supplier coordination, volunteer engagement to program management, transport planning to emergency management—you will be across it all to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering large outdoor events or highly transferrable skills. You will also possess knowledge of event best practice and project management skills. Additionally, you will have the ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure in an ever-changing environment with a calm, solutions-focused mindset. A passion for public events and community impact is essential.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: This role will require some weekend, evening, and public holiday work during key event delivery periods. Please note that this position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
