We are seeking a dynamic
Business Manager
to join our team. This is a client-facing role, responsible for managing key corporate accounts, driving client engagement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strategic partnerships, maximising value, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Serve as the focal point for all client interactions, ensuring high service levels and proactive communication.
* Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate profitability, travel trends, and policy compliance.
* Prepare and present quarterly travel reports, identifying cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
* Manage implementation of new accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and consultant alignment.
Account Strategy & Analysis
* Analyse travel patterns, supplier agreements, and booking behaviour to identify opportunities for savings and operational improvement.
* Recommend efficiencies in travel programs, from airfare and hotel negotiations to policy exception management.
* Monitor service levels and KPIs to ensure client satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
* Collaborate with our advisors, operations, and accounts teams to deliver on client promises.
* Conduct training sessions and seminars for new clients or new travel bookers.
* Maintain accurate client servicing records and provide monthly updates to our Joint Managing Director.
Relationship Building
* Build strong partnerships with airline, hotel, car hire and technology partners to secure the best outcomes for clients.
* Participate in industry groups and stay ahead of corporate travel trends and market developments.
* Promote Goldman Travel services to new travellers within existing accounts and support growth initiatives.
