We're seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse with a strong background in Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD) to join a service in the Northern Territory on an 8-week locum contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver meaningful care while experiencing remote or regional NT, with all travel and accommodation taken care of.

About the Role
You'll provide high-quality mental health and AOD-focused care to clients in a supportive and multidisciplinary setting. This role is well-suited to nurses who are confident working autonomously and are passionate about supporting individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver mental health and AOD assessments and interventions
* Support clients experiencing substance misuse and dual diagnoses
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care
What You'll Need
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in Mental Health and Alcohol & Other Drugs
* Strong clinical judgement and assessment skills
* Ability to adapt to regional or remote work environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
