You will be trained to complete Strength & Conditioning physio classes, provide 1:1 companion support, be dining champions, support engagement and intergenerational programs, and learn medicator shifts.

Excellent safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling, or injuring themselves — you need to be their extra eyes and ears!
A positive teamwork attitude, trustworthiness, excellent time management (including shift handovers), and adherence to strict safety procedures to maintain high safety standards.Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR current studies in related healthcare courses.
