Job Title: Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Workplace Rehabilitation team as a key member of the administrative support function.

This permanent role is located in our national HQ in Gosford and will provide an opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of 60+ employees who share your passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional communication and customer service to internal and external stakeholders, overseeing the general WRH administration inboxes and Administration Portal, processing WRH referrals, and using Excel to complete weekly reporting requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have outstanding customer service skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to attend to incoming queries, issues and to effectively deal with the needs of clients as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders receive timely and effective communication, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the WRH team, including processing WRH referrals, managing the Administration Portal, and maintaining accurate records.
* Reporting and Analysis: Use Excel to analyze data and prepare reports on a weekly basis, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Driving Change: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Requirements:

* Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
* Proven Ability: Proven ability to attend to incoming queries, issues and to effectively deal with the needs of clients as they arise.
