Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a part-time Rental Sales Officer to join our Newcastle Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which will include working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role
Primary responsibilities include:
Customer Service at Car Rental Counter
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rental
Vehicle detailing and driving of cars between locations
About You
Adaptive verbal and written communication
Outstanding Customer Service
Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
Strong attention to detail
Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
