Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Care Specialist to deliver high-quality evidence-based clinical care to adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.

About the Role:
The Clinical Care Specialist will play a key role in delivering best practice clinical care by conducting intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, and providing brief psychological intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive assessment and care planning services to clients.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that address client needs and goals.
* Collaborate with internal and external services to achieve better health outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
* Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist OR AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker.
* Flexibility to work afternoons & evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Knowledge & understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions & clinical practice in mental health and alcohol and drug use.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
