Role Overview
Onefin is seeking a talented and motivated Property Analyst – Development & Investment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Development Management and Investment Management divisions, alongside senior leadership. This is a high-exposure, commercially focused role well suited to an early-career professional with a passion for property, finance, and investment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed financial and feasibility models for development and investment assets
Conduct thorough market, demographic, and supply-demand analysis to underpin investment strategy
Support due diligence processes including capital structuring, scenario testing, and risk evaluation
Collaborate with the development team to align financial aspects with project delivery objectives
Prepare clear and concise investment reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor asset performance post-completion and identify opportunities to optimise returns and cashflow
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of analytical tools and reporting frameworks within the team
Key Skills & Experience
Completed or significant progress towards a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Property Economics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience in some capacity with commercial property development or investment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data clearly and professionally
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with development, investment management teams
Self-driven with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
