What you'll be doing
We're looking for an organised and personable full-time Executive Assistant for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your role will touch every part of Football West. From Board meetings and major events to stakeholder engagement and office coordination. Making you an essential part of our success.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing busy diaries, meeting schedules and travel arrangements for the CEO and executive team
* Preparing correspondence, briefings, reports, and meeting minutes
* Supporting Board, Executive, and operational meetings, including organising venues and catering
* Coordinating invitations and communication with VIPs, Life Members, Ministers, and external stakeholders
* Supporting key governance processes including Member elections and Life Membership
* Overseeing office administration including IT assets, staff uniforms, stationery and equipment
* Assisting with events across the Sam Kerr Football Centre and external venues
* Providing ad hoc support to the wider executive team
About you
You are someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and making things happen. You bring:
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
* Confidence engaging with internal teams, Board Members, VIPs and external stakeholders
* Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
What you'll need
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
* Valid Driver's Licence
