Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred support to the participant. Support client in managing behaviours of concern. Promote safety, empowerment, and recovery-oriented practices in all interactions. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and holistic care. Document and report on client progress in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. Shifts are 9am-3pm weekdays. Looking for more then one candidate to do 2 days each. Essential Criteria: Demonstrated experience working in mental health, particularly with individuals with complex needs. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check. Valid CPR certification (HLTAID009 or equivalent). Able to start straight away. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Desirable: Relevant qualifications in Mental Health, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field. Knowledge of NDIS processes and support planning.
