We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to play a key role in delivering a positive, end to end recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders across the business.
This office-based role would be suited to someone who enjoys juggling priorities, building relationships, and being involved in both operational recruitment and future talent initiatives.

About the Role
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, as well as the People & Culture and Payroll teams, to deliver recruitment processes that are efficient and candidate focused.

Your key duties will include:
• Creating engaging advertising campaigns using a range of platforms and channels to attract high quality candidates.
• Developing eye-catching advertisements for a range of office and site-based positions; including Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Carpenters, Receptionists and more.
• Reviewing applications and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Developing and implementing tailored interview questions and reference checks.
• Acting as a key communication link between candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Supporting the coordination of licences, qualifications, and pre‐employment medical assessments.
• Connecting and establishing relationships with schools, universities and industry bodies.
• Representing the company at university career days and school visits to promote employment opportunities and talent programs.

Please note the successful candidate will need to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and obtain a Working with Children Check / Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.


What you'll need to be successful:
• Demonstrated experience coordinating end to end recruitment processes; including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checking and offer facilitation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and campaigns at once.
• A professional, proactive and candidate centric approach to your role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suites, and ability to learn new systems.
• Willingness to travel across both Tasmanian and Victorian key events and represent the company at university and high school career days.
