Research Assistant

* Assist with preclinical models (e.g. myocardial infarction, stroke, vascular surgery).
* Perform histological and immunohistological tissue preparation, staining, and microscopy.
* Produce mRNA therapeutics and recombinant proteins.
* Conduct molecular and cell biology techniques (e.g. flow cytometry, ELISA, RT-PCR).
* Maintain laboratory operations, including data management and inventory.
* Support students and team members with training and technique development.
