Role Overview


Job Description:

A key Account Manager is required to take ownership of client relationships, manage end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to the development of ICT and government recruitment strategies across Australia.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow relationships with key government and private sector clients
* Source, screen, and manage ICT candidates across contract and permanent roles
* Own end-to-end account and recruitment lifecycle


Requirements:

* Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or sales
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
