At our leading mushroom farm in Perth, WA, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Engineering & Reliability Supervisor.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee maintenance teams across two sites, ensuring proactive and reactive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and equipment upgrades are carried out efficiently. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining site facilities and assets while prioritizing health and safety and quality compliance.
You will allocate tasks to the team via MEX, manage daily operations, evaluate site facilities, and assist with record-keeping and asset management. Additionally, you will arrange contractors and provide hands-on assistance with works completion.
The ideal candidate has a trade background (preferably mechanical or electrical) and minimum 3 years of maintenance supervisory experience, preferably in a horticulture environment or food industry. Experience with MEX, HACCP, and food safety processes is preferred.
