* Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to a high standard
* Operating coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment efficiently and safely
* Providing friendly and professional customer service
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and service areas
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and stock rotation
* Processing customer orders and point of sale transactions accurately
* Assisting front of house operations during busy service periods
* Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
* Assisting with opening and closing duties as required Qualification & experience
To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:
* At least 12 months of relevant full time work experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role
* Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and milk texturing
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Positive attitude and professional presentation
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
