About the Role As our Director of Sales, you will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies to boost revenue and market share. Your responsibilities include managing and expanding our client base, fostering relationships with key accounts, overseeing the conference & events & groups department daily, and ensuring the hotel meets its revenue and occupancy goals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and enhance market presence. Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and events. Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to encourage repeat business. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and materials. Manage the sales budget, forecast sales, and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to boost visibility. Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet client needs and expectations seamlessly. Skills & Experience Previous hotel sales management experience is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders. Strong personal presentation and grooming. Effective time management and problem-solving skills. Experience with PMS & IVVY systems is desirable.
