Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong implementation and support experience in Australian HR landscapes. The role involves delivering compliant and scalable EC solutions aligned to Australian business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements gathering and process design workshops for core HR processes in Australia.
* Configure Employee Central including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reasons.
* Manage data models such as Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, and Australia-specific fields.
* Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities.
* Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
* Support UAT, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing production support.
* Manage quarterly SuccessFactors release updates and regression testing.
* Hands‐on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
* Proven experience delivering EC solutions for Australian customers.
* Strong understanding of Australian HR practices and compliance considerations.
* Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
