About the Role
We are a busy, dynamic clinic seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, motivated, and flexible Division 1 Registered Nurse (RN) or Division 2 Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) to join our tight‑knit nursing and reception team.
This is a full‑time position, and we offer flexible days and hours for the right candidate. Applicants must be reliable, confident, and comfortable working across a variety of shifts. Qualifications & Experience
* Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1 or EEN Division 2 with medication endorsement)
* Current Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
* First Aid & CPR certification
* Experience in a GP / primary care setting (preferred)
* Experience with Pracsoft and Medical Director (Best Practice also considered)
* Current Working With Children Check
* Current Police Check
* Experience in nursing settings such as Hospital, ED, GP, or Aged Care
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with wounds, cuts, lacerations, burns, and dressings
* Assist doctors with minor surgical procedures
* Manage and organise treatment room stock and supplies
* Assist with walk‑ins and triage (in person and via phone)
* Support external clinics/facilities with referrals, results, and records
* Perform clinical duties including ECG, ABI, IV infusions, IV cannulation, and vaccinations (childhood, travel, COVID‑19)
* Support reception when required: phone calls, bookings, and general administration
* Liaise with patients, Allied Health practitioners, and external providers
* Participate in opening, closing, and weekend duties as rostered
* Work flexibly across early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekend coverage
* Maintain high standards of communication, organisation, initiative, and patient care
* Work confidently in a fast‑paced environment with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
