You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders while managing field resources across Power and Renewable projects nationwide. You'll support and coordinate Construction Managers, Supervisors, Crew Leaders, and teams throughout their project cycles, from mobilization to demobilization. Your interpersonal skills and eye for detail will be valuable as you manage Fleet and Plant resources. Share your skills in bringing people and projects together effectively.Key Responsibilities includeMonitoring and analysing resource utilization data, while collaborating with finance partners to produce comprehensive time-writing and performance reportsManaging and maintaining depot inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of PPE and essential materials for project executionDeveloping and tracking detailed resource forecasts, while providing strategic input for project estimation and planning activitiesCoordinating with Training teams to maintain up-to-date certifications and qualifications for field personnel, ensuring optimal resource deploymentImplementing and overseeing training plans to maintain required operator licenses across fleet, plant, and equipment for all project sitesFacilitating the timely processing of timesheets and payroll documentation, while ensuring compliance with administrative requirementsOverseeing the induction process for new personnel, ensuring adherence to HR protocols and company standardsSupporting HSEQ initiatives through active monitoring of safety attitudes and participation in relevant training programsContributing to continuous improvement through participation in lessons learned workshops and implementation of best practicesAbout YouWe're seeking a detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset to join our dynamic team. Bringing experience from the utility construction sector, you'll combine your analytical capabilities with strong relationship-building skills to support our project delivery.
