Tradezone is a leading online electrical wholesaler launched in April 2015. As part of the family‐owned Kingston Group, we specialise in providing electrical, solar, and HVAC supplies to contractors with six state‐of‐the‐art nationwide distribution centres across Australia.
About the Role
Due to internal progression in the Company, we are now seeking a driven and highly organised Recruitment Administration Coordinator to support our National recruitment processes. This role will be responsible for coordinating end‐to‐end recruitment activity, managing hiring administration whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will partner with our Managers to understand their teams' hiring needs. From there you can attract, screen, and secure quality candidates. You will be supported with a structured recruitment framework, allowing you to focus on sourcing top talent whilst leveraging proven processes for selection, offer management, and onboarding.

Required Knowledge and Skills
* Self‐motivated and resilient mindset through a strong career in high‐volume recruitment – shown through your recent work history
* Interpersonal skills that showcase your ability to coach & advise best practice
* Blue‐collar recruitment experience will be well regarded
