Residential Property Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, managing tenant and owner relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Manage your own portfolio of 110 properties with confidence, utilizing internal systems and support.
* Tenant and Owner Liaison: Respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships with all parties.
* Inspections and Reporting: Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections with timely and clear reporting to landlords.
* Maintenance Coordination: Organize repairs, liaise with trusted contractors, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
* Compliance Focus: Stay up-to-date on WA tenancy legislation and ensure full legal compliance.
* Team Collaboration: Be part of a high-performing, collaborative team where your ideas and input are genuinely valued.
Requirements:
* Experience: Must have experience in residential property management.
* WA Tenancy Laws: Solid understanding of WA tenancy laws and rental regulations.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
* Customer-Focused: Customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
* Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
* Certifications: Current WA Real Estate Registration (Property Management) and a driver's licence.
