We're looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our Community Services team in Warragul & Traralgon. In this role, you'll support people in their homes and communities to build skills, achieve their goals and enjoy everyday life.

What you'll be doing
As a Support Worker, you'll help create meaningful outcomes by:
* Supporting customers with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
* Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills
* Helping people connect with their community and participate in activities they enjoy
* Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person-centred support
* Advocating for the rights, choices and goals of the people you support
