Laundry Team Member Job

We are seeking a reliable and skilled laundry team member to join our dynamic team in Warabrook.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing quality services to hotels and resorts across the Newcastle Hunter Valley Port Stevens Myall Lake and Central Coast regions of New South Wales.


About the Role:

* Support smooth and efficient laundry operations and production processes.
* Collaborate with team leaders and other departments to meet service and production targets.
* Provide guidance and support to team members including supported employees.
* Promote inclusion participation and self-determination for employees with a disability.
* Assist in delivering high-quality linen services through effective teamwork and communication.


Requirements:

* A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
* Ability to work in a physically active environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Commitment to inclusive workplace values.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Loading and unloading goods.
* Shipping and receiving.
* Operating machinery such as forklifts and lift trucks.
* Commercial driving experience.
* Heavy lifting and manual handling.
