We're seeking expressions of interest from experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for future Instructor – Delivery and Assessment opportunities that become available.
As an instructor, you'll take the lead in delivering both theory and practical training within your trade stream, inspiring and supporting the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers.
No instructor experience? No problem. While previous training or mentoring experience will be highly regarded, it's not essential – just bring your technical knowledge, growth mindset, and passion for aviation.

You will be offered variety and autonomy and will be able to demonstrate your ability to be highly organised and proactive, as well as a strong problem-solver with an aptitude for fostering effective relationships with students as you take them on their learning journey.
Certificate IV in Aeroskills
EASA Part 66 recognised qualification will be highly regarded.
Current Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) licence will be highly regarded, along with experience in a training or mentoring role.
Willingness to learn, grow and obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Ability to work both autonomously and within a small, close-knit team.
Well-developed problem-solving skills and strong organisation skills.
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for aviation.
Experience working in the aviation industry, preferably at least 3 years.
