As Project Delivery Leader, you will oversee the planning, feasibility, and delivery of large-scale transformational projects. This involves ensuring robust governance, effective project management, and outstanding outcomes for Council and the community.
You will lead key initiatives, including the Cobblebank Community Services Building and the New Aquatic and Leisure Centre in Fraser Rise. This role also includes managing the full project lifecycle for new major projects, focusing on successful delivery of our largest-ever projects.
Key responsibilities include driving projects that prioritize safety, meet budget requirements, are completed within timeframes, and meet all scope and legal expectations. As a senior leader, you will guide master planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and foster strong partnerships while supporting a high-performing team.
To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in delivering and managing major projects, preferably in the public sector, with a proven track record across feasibility, pre-planning, design, and project delivery.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, urban design, town planning, recreational planning, engineering, or a related discipline are required for success in this position.
