About the Opportunity
Anglic NT currently have several short term (till 30 June ****) case management positions available in Alice Springs
In this exciting short-term position, you'll have the opportunity to deliver intensive case management, advocacy, referrals, and group work to prevent tenancy crises and promote long-term housing stability.
Central to this role is a genuine commitment to working inclusively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culturally diverse individuals. You'll possess the sensitivity and insight to address issues affecting these communities, fostering meaningful engagement and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Provide intensive case management and proactive outreach support.
Develop robust case plans and coordinate services to build sustainable support networks.
Identify and address tenancy issues before they escape.
Engage with stakeholders and contribute to community awareness initiatives.
Maintain accurate client records and reporting in line with compliance requirements.
About You
Qualifications in Human Services/Social Sciences and –3 years' experience working with vulnerable individuals and families.
Strong knowledge of housing and homelessness.
Skilled in assessment, outreach, and managing complex issues.
Ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and culturally diverse communities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and ICT skills.
