About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Livestock Documentation Administrator to join our team on a full-time, Sunday - Thursday 1pm-9pm. This role plays a key part in the accurate receival, documentation, and movement of livestock at our Murray Bridge processing plant.
You will work closely with the Livestock team to ensure all records, compliance requirements, and data entries are completed accurately and on time.
What Are We Looking For?

* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional presentation and time management skills
Previous experience in livestock, agriculture, or meat processing environments will be highly regarded, but on-the-job training will be provided.
What You Will Do
* Data entry and processing of livestock purchase and movement documentation
* Maintain clear, accurate, and timely livestock records
* Ensure compliance with quality assurance and regulatory requirements
* Support livestock receival operations and documentation processes
* Liaise with the Livestock Supervisor, Manager, Buyers, and clients
* Assist with general administrative duties within the Livestock team
* Promote animal welfare and low-stress stock handling principles
