About Strategic Property Management
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours based at the Administration Building.
The role focuses on identifying opportunities for growth and creating pathways to make plans come to life and deliver great outcomes.
Key Duties:
* Prepare, implement, and manage positioning of property assets.
* Implement tasks associated with positioning property assets to achieve or realise short-term and strategic long-term goals.
Requirements:
* Experience in managing a strategic property portfolio.
* Passion and understanding of the important role local government plays in land dealings and development.
* Worked with government before to deliver game changing outcomes.
You will also need to possess:
* Recognised tertiary qualifications in Business and/or management, Property portfolio management, and/or relevant experience.
* Experience in managing a diversified portfolio of properties - commercial, industrial, residential & other.
* Knowledge of relevant provisions of laws.
* Demonstrated financial management & budgetary experience.
* Demonstrated skills & experience in project and contract management.
* Knowledge and skills in contemporary management practices, staff management, performance management, staff development, change management and quality management systems.
* A Driver's Licence.
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (Visa).
