Senior People Business Partner
MCMillan Shakespeare Limited seeks a Senior People Business Partner to join our People, Culture & Communications team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with Group Remuneration Services and support leaders and employees through human resources solutions, workplace relations, and employee development.
* Deliver recommendations and solutions across HR services, including employee relations, learning and development, communications, resource planning, and succession planning.
* Utilize people metrics and business metrics to identify long-term development areas.
* Provide interpretation and counsel to management regarding policies, programs, and practices.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with executives, strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, and proficiency with HR systems.
