We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Career Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the career development and advancement of our consultants.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the professional growth and skill development of our consultants while ensuring operational excellence within our Customer Success department.
As a Career Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Developing frameworks, processes, and guides to establish the role within our team.
* Leading the creation and execution of our Career Management program to support consultants' professional growth, skill development, and career progression.
* Serving as a trusted resource for consultants, offering guidance and facilitating career growth, performance management, and proactive feedback.
* Guiding consultants through their learning and development journey, advising them on training or engagement opportunities that will help advance their career.
* Driving these processes through high-frequency consultant interaction and engagement with internal stakeholders.
* Overseeing and improving systems and processes to develop, evaluate, and retain top talent.
* Working closely with our global leaders to align talent initiatives with regional needs and metrics.
* Ensuring internal processes are efficient, well-managed, and don't interfere with client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
Core Competencies:
* 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Career Counseling, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organization Development, or a related field.
* Proven ability to provide proactive 1-on-1 counsel to 50 consultants, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to navigate challenging situations and drive conversations toward resolution.
* Experience in managing a pool of resources in a consulting and professional services organization.
* Facilitative working style; adept at leading with questions, not answers.
