The George Bolton Swimming Centre is a beautiful outdoor facility set in the picturesque surrounds of Hazelwood Park. As a seasonal pool, our Learn to Swim program runs from October to April each year*, offering rewarding opportunities to make a real difference in people's lives.

The Role:
The swimming instructor plays an important role in the successful delivery of the Swim School program offered at the George Bolton Swimming Centre. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading groups of swim school students in well organised and safe aquatic activities.
* Increasing water safety knowledge and swimming skills/abilities.
* Providing a varied range of instructions and drills appropriate to all levels of proficiency.
* Maintaining a high level of customer service to students and families.
Swim School Program Details:
* Monday - Thursday afternoons
* Saturday mornings
Babies to Adult learn to swim program, with school terms and holiday programs offering varied and flexible hours.
Further opportunities to upskill and increase hours, with support and training for lifeguard and customer service positions.
Required Qualifications:
* Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Licence (Full Licence Required)
* CPR Certificate
* DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Child Safe Environments Training/RRHAN
