Serve as the primary owner of the Workday platform, ensuring system integrity, performance, security, and compliance.

Define and maintain a Workday governance framework, including change control, release management, and configuration standards.

Oversee Workday roadmap planning, prioritising enhancements and aligning with business needs.

Configuration & Solution Design

Review and approve configuration changes, ensuring best‐practice utilisation and global scalability.

Translate business requirements into system solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Release & Change Management

Manage Workday bi‐annual releases, impact assessments, testing cycles, and communication plans.

Oversee regression testing, sandbox strategy, and deployment processes.

Ensure changes are documented, traceable, and compliant with audit requirements.

Lead a team of Workday Analysts and Administrators, providing coaching, guidance, and role development.

Work cross‐functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to manage interdependencies and deliver seamless processes.

Act as the point of escalation for complex technical or functional issues.

Manage relationships with Workday, AMS providers, and implementation partners.

Ensure SLAs are met and that vendors deliver high‐quality, actionable support.

Present platform insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Data, Integrations & Reporting

Oversee data governance, data quality, and corrections for Workday and downstream systems.

Manage integrations (API, Core Connectors, Studio), ensuring reliability and performance.

Support advanced reporting requirements and dashboards for People leaders and executives.

Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual touchpoints, and enhance the employee experience.

Benchmark against leading practice and drive Workday adoption across the organisation.

Lead Workday‐enabled initiatives, such as employee experience redesign, workforce analytics, and process optimisation.

Skills & Experience

Extensive Workday functional knowledge across multiple modules.

Proven experience leading Workday administration or platform support teams.

Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and end‐to‐end employee lifecycle.

Hands‐on experience with Workday configuration, testing, and release cycles.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, actionable language.

Experience with large‐scale HR transformations or Workday implementations.

Knowledge of integration tools (Studio, CCTPP, EIB, PECI).

Background in project management or agile delivery.

Exposure to global HR operating models and multi‐region organisations.
