Corporate Services Administration Assistants (2 Part time roles Available)

AMD is more than just an accounting services firm – we partner with our clients to deliver excellence across accounting, advisory, and business support. AMD Practice Solutions (APS) is our internal corporate services team that ensures seamless day-to-day functioning by coordinating people, platforms, and processes across all AMD offices. We're currently seeking a proactive, organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
These brand-new roles will provide high-quality support across administration, HR, IT, and corporate services. Working closely with the Corporate Services Manager, you'll help ensure our people, systems, and processes run efficiently.
This varied role includes:
* Managing communications, calendars, meetings, and office systems.
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Supporting HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and record keeping.
* Assisting with finance functions including invoices, reconciliations, and expense claims.
* Providing IT and systems support (user access, equipment, and subscriptions).
* Assisting in coordinating compliance, insurance, and internal projects.
* Offering direct support to the Corporate Services Manager.
About You
We're seeking someone who brings:
* Previous experience in administration, HR, or corporate services environment.
* Proficiency in M365 Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint).
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Clear communication skills, initiative, and a team-focused approach.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset and commitment to accuracy.
* Experience with Xero, MYOB, HR information systems or supporting managers/executives will be highly regarded.
